Andalusia Speech Therapy Inc. is hiring a part-time, contract Speech Language Pathologist at our 6700 Montevideo Rd clinic in Mississauga.

**Our Mission**
Help others communicate by providing quality speech therapy to individuals of all ages, economic and cultural backgrounds, and geographical locations, and participate as active members of our communities.

**Job Summary**
The Speech-Language Pathologist would primarily treat children and start with 3-4 clients per day.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting assessments and writing reports
- Providing therapy and writing progress notes
- Reporting to our clinical lead

**Experience and Qualifications**
- One year of experience is preferred. However, new grads are welcome to apply
- CASLPO-licensed
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients and their families, and third parties
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Accepting respectful feedback to improve clinical practice
- Understanding and lived practice of inclusivity

**Compensation**
- New grads start at $60 for each 45-minute therapy session (including prep and note time), and $100 for 1-hour assessments (including report writing time using clinic templates)
- $25 travel top-up for in-home visits
- Salary commensurate with experience according to company pay range
