You have experience delivering products to market, working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with other business units. You can manage internal and external stakeholders, have leadership capabilities, and love to work in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**: - Own product roadmap for one of the products in the EINC portfolio and work with product managers to execute on product strategy consistent with the overall company vision and objectives - Seek new market opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive technology, position in the market or competence - Be the market expert and provide guidance and direction to both product management and development organizations - Oversee all aspects of product life cycle, from discovery to launch - Be customer focused, collect and analyze feedback to shape requirements, features and end products - Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership on Product Go-to-Market strategy and execution - Conduct data-driven analysis and help define success metrics for the product - Establish strong relationships across the organization and strategic partners - Work with key customers across both US and Canada - Mentor product managers and product owners Required Skills & Experience - Experience with building and launching new products to market, ideally in inventory management or retail - Experience with delivering web, iOS and Android products in an agile environment - Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Effective at influencing and convincing others into action, yet able to work collaboratively - Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines - Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and industries - Research and benchmark to optimize product strategy and performance - Communicate product details and performance metrics to internal teams - Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions - be the product "expert" - BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred - 7-10 years of overall software product management experience - 3-5 years of experience as a product owner - E INC. is an equal opportunity employer and affirmatively seeks diversity in its workforce.
