Toronto, Canada Roofr Full time

At Roofr, we're obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That's what makes Roofr's CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we're excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It's an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will report to the Group Product Manager and be an instrumental part of our growth by extending Roofr's product offering to fully support top-of-funnel workflows. Your product portfolio will include a combination of new and existing products, giving you a mix of product enhancement and zero-to-one new product development opportunities.

**What You'll Get to Do**:

- Lead the development and GTM strategy of a new product category at Roofr, focused on helping our customers grow their businesses through inbound digital marketing and outbound demand generation
- Work closely with a major strategic partner on the commercialization and productization of a self-driving digital marketing AI solution
- Work as part of a dedicated product development team (consisting of you, a product design partner, and a team of software engineers) to productize this solution, as well as to own and build additional complementary offerings in-house
- Build relationships with pilot customers to better understand their businesses and to identify the most important problems for our top-of-funnel products to solve
- Partner with leaders of customer-facing teams to operationalize how to sell, onboard, and support this new product category

**What You'll Bring to the Role**:

- 5+ years of experience as a software product manager, ideally in a high-velocity, B2B SaaS environment
- A demonstrated ability to break large problems down into smaller, testable hypotheses
- A strong intuition for product design and user experience
- Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise

**Who You Are**:

- You are a clear communicator who can create simple explanations of complex concepts
- You are curious but skeptical, and don't settle for the first explanation offered to you
- You're adept at leveraging AI tools to significantly enhance the quality of our PDL
- You're a critical thinker who doesn't settle for the status quo
- You're obsessed with providing a world-class user experience
- You sweat the details

**Bonus points**:

- You have experience building zero-to-one
- You have experience working on product integrations and/or managing key strategic partnerships
- Experience in vertical SaaS field service industries (like roofing, construction, home services) or in digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, reputation management, etc.)

**Compensation band**: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 CAD
