**Skills, Requirements & Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize incoming correspondence, respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, stock orders, and warranty claims
- Enter and review orders, following up with the customer on product availability & shipping times
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Work closely with Sales team to coordinate and support their needs
- Identify opportunities to promote and provide advice on products and services
- Work with other departments like marketing and product development to provide customer feedback and insights

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding and proficient in Windows, MS Office/Excel, Gmail
- Understanding and proficiency of NetSuite software is considered an asset
- Retail or wholesale distribution experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Desire to provide the ultimate customer experience, being customer and solution focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness and ability to travel if required (Events within Alberta)
- Valid Driver’s license an asset
- Outdoor Enthusiasm: A passion for outdoor activities and basic knowledge of outdoor gear, equipment, and products to better connect with customers

**Benefits**:

- Benefits 50% covered by employer after 3 month probationary period

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
