**Customer Experience Specialist**

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000 - $50,000 per annum

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee order checking and manage returns efficiently.
- Assist with minor updates on the Shopify store, including product page management and image uploads.
- Participate in quality assurance and spot-check shipping orders.
- Assist in photo shoot preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Personable and friendly demeanor towards clients and coworkers.
- Exemplary time management and teamwork abilities.
- Shopify and Klayvio experience is a bonus.

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in or able to relocate to Edmonton, AB.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Ability to commute to the head office located in Edmonton, AB T5H 3P7.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Language Requirement: English proficiency is mandatory.

**Application Process**:
Note: This position is in-person, based out of our head office in Edmonton, AB.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
