We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Duties

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Perform accurate data entry to update customer records, ensuring information is current and reliable.
  • Assist customers with product or service questions, providing detailed analysis and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote new products or features through effective upselling strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze trends to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Prior experience with analysis tools or CRM systems is advantageous but not required. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster long-term relationships.
