We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records, ensuring information is current and reliable.
- Assist customers with product or service questions, providing detailed analysis and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote new products or features through effective upselling strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and analyze trends to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Prior experience with analysis tools or CRM systems is advantageous but not required. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster long-term relationships.

Pay: $41,175.05-$61,467.63 per year
