**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Producer who will be responsible for working alongside Marketing and Creative teams to produce content for a variety of mediums (e.g., digital, print, video). This role will be part of a cross-functional team and in an interactive and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time;
- Estimate, oversee, and actualize production budgets and define deliverables;
- Suggest production ideas and solutions and relevant references;
- Recommend, research, and negotiate with the best potential partners (production houses, internal talent, suppliers, external talent, etc.);
- Manage entire productions using agency resources;
- Oversee the day-to-day progress of projects throughout the production process;
- Make sure projects receive all the necessary legal approvals (regular legal vetting, exclusive use agreements, copyrights, etc.);
- Oversee final project billing and wrap-up, including archiving and production notes;
- Support freelance creatives, including negotiating contracts, overseeing workflow, and managing invoices;
- Manage castings and bookings (locations, talent and crew);
- Manage retouching schedules based on priorities book freelance retouchers;
- Ensure post-production deliverables are received and deadlines are met.

**To qualify for this role, you must have**
- 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience producing product photography;
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Capture One a plus, and, must be proficient on MAC platform;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (French & English);
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt well to changes in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
