**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive work environment for fellow shop workers
- Oversee production jobs to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Build custom windows to meet client specifications
- Couple windows together to form larger units
- Use a mitre saw and table saw to cut materials to precise measurements
- Lift windows and other materials as required
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Help other stations with production as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in window fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with mitre saw and table saw
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100lbs)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
