As a result of continued growth, PermaCorp has an opportunity for a Project Manager join our team in London, ON.

The Project Manager will be responsible for contracts across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves working with clients conceptualizing, planning, and preparing estimations and creative design proposals for presentation. You are innovative, creative and a team player who is able to lead by example in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- PermaCorp Main Customer contact on all assigned Projects
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate PermaCorp projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Manage project administration, including adherence to contract, schedule control and change order administration.
- Plan and prepare Railing Installation schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules
- Manage project revisions, changes and clients, and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Inclusive of all other reasonable duties and projects assigned by Management to support effective and necessary requirements of PermaCorp Operations.
- Manage Operations and Install Schedule of Permacorp installers in conjunction with the Installation Manager
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Proven experience as construction project manager
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- In-depth understanding of the construction industry
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
