**About You**

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to dive into it? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations team as a People Operations Intern. This role is perfect for someone who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a specialization in Human Resources. You will get hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, learn from seasoned HR Operations Coordinators, and have the chance to contribute to new HR projects. Please note that this is a full-time internship starting in January (40 hours per week).

**What you'll do and how you'll have an impact**
- Assist with new hire onboarding including coordinating with various departments and teams to ensure an amazing employee experience;
- Support our global new hires in answering People team process and system related questions;
- Assist the People Operations Coordinators by updating our HRIS and other systems with accurate and timely data;
- Maintain employee files, ensuring they adhere to compliance standards;
- Confirm all employee documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner (tax forms, employee handbook, confidentiality agreement, code of conduct, etc);
- Support the People Operations Coordinators with completing employee offboarding tasks;
- Support our HR (Jira) ticketing system by triaging incoming requests and responding to Tier 1 support tickets;
- Assist with updating internal team documentation and processes, and maintaining HR Confluence pages;
- Participate in learning and communications related projects and initiatives such as updating new hire resources and supporting training logistics;
- Possibility to help with other HR functions or projects such as Benefits & Payroll.

**What we're looking for**
- Currently enrolled in a Business or HR related undergraduate program;
- Must have completed at least one internship in Human Resources;
- Ability to maintain the utmost of discretion and confidentiality with employee data and matters at all times;
- Excellent organization & communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness and flexibility to work with a global team;
- Experience with systems and tools including G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Confluence, Atlassian Jira, HRIS (Workday).
