**The opportunity**
You will be a key player in various aspects of the company responsible for supporting the team and operations as we grow. You will work across teams and report directly to our COO.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive salary and additional perks and benefits.
**Your day-to-day**
People
- Organize internal events and activities
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, onboarding
- Administer team access to office, equipment, and tools
- Work closely with team leads to design and execute employee learning programs
- Integrate inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in all of our programs and processes
- Build and manage a healthy, positive office environment
Operations
- Support various operations in finance, customer success, sales
- Support leadership team in managing tasks and priorities
- Undertake special projects across teams
Customer Success & Marketing
- Organize events for customers and other partners
- Support social media presence
- Responding to general inquiries
**About You**
- 3+ years experience in operations, customer service, and/or office management
- You are excellent at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a rapidly changing start-up environment
- You are a natural planner and problem solver
- You take pride in developing strong relationships
- You are an excellent collaborator and use these skills to champion internal initiatives
- You communicate openly, clearly, and often and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You foster community that allows people to be their best and bring energy and enthusiasm to every task
- You’re curious, ask lots of questions, and learn quickly
- You’re a resourceful problem-solver who’s determined to get the job done
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups (virtually and in person)
- The idea of “fixing healthcare” motivates you
