Adecco is actively seeking a strategic and people-focused Director, People Operations to lead HR operations across two business units in Calgary and Banff, AB. This hands-on role will enhance the employee experience, streamline processes, ensure compliance, and implement scalable, values-driven programs in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Location: Calgary, AB with travel to Banff for meetings Shift: Monday-FridayJob type: Permanent Full-timeResponsibilities: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and market trendsPartner with Shared Services to ensure compliance and complete Total Rewards reviews across locationsLead HRIS, payroll, and Workday optimization to enhance integration, automation, and scalabilityConduct audits to align cost efficiencies with employee experience strategy and budgetDrive workforce planning and change management to support business growthDevelop data-driven dashboards and monitor KPIs to inform strategic decisions and improve service deliveryPromote a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace across seasonal and year-round teamsLead resolution of complex employee relations issues while ensuring consistent policy application and legal complianceRequirements: Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration; MBA is an assetCHRP or other HR designations preferred; PCP designation is an asset10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HR operations oversight, system realignments, and compliance5+ years managing Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platformsProven track record in HR transformation and scaling operations in multi-site or seasonal businessesStrong analytical, project management, and communication skillsExperience in hospitality, adventure tourism, or seasonal workforce environments is a plusReliable vehicle required for travel between sitesDon't miss out on this Director, People Operations position in Calgary, AB .
