We are looking for a talented wordsmith to join us as our Content Writer and help us create content in all shapes and forms that inspires, educates, and engages.
Our Marketing team is broken into 3 pillars: Growth, Product, and Brand, and together we divide and conquer the task of winning the hearts and minds of fitpros and businesses around the world. As our Content Writer, you’ll officially be a member of the Growth team because we believe that every great growth strategy hinges on powerful content, but you’ll also support and own projects that fall into our Product and Brand pillars. We’re all about that #collaborative work.
What you’ll do:- Optimize all your content for SEO and bring the brand voice and tone to life in everything you create- Conduct keyword research, digging into industry and market trends, and sneaking a peek at what our competitors are up to so we always have the leg up- Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution- Work with internal and external SMEs, or connect directly with our customers, to collect insights and turn them into powerful content-
- Support the Product Marketing team’s go-to-market and product adoption strategies through content creation and optimization, and the review or crafting of in-app copy- Support the Brand Marketing team’s content creation needs for various awareness and customer loyalty-driving projects and campaigns (this might include crafting copy to support partnerships, PR opportunities, sponsorships, media buys, event participation, speaking engagements, etc.)
Other responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our designers to create graphics and visuals that support and enhance your content- Become deeply familiar with our target markets and key customer personas, major competitors in the industry, and major influencers in the space- Work closely with our Content Specialists and Content Marketing Manager to execute on and maintain the editorial and marketing content calendars- Collaborate with our sales and implementation team members to create content they can use to nurture leads and close deals- Edit and review content created by other teams or content contributors (a chance to show us your eagle-eyed grammar skills)- Support measurement and reporting for the performance of content and assist in developing strategic ways to constantly improve performance and better leverage content to achieve our goals

Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in English, communications, journalism, or a related field- 2+ years experience in a content creation, communications, or writing role (ideally within the tech space; SaaS and e-commerce industries are a plus)- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences- Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution- Comfortable with basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results, and navigating a spreadsheet
Nice to haves:
- A background or interest in fitness, wellness, and/or tech- Understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset- Experience using key technology including Asana, Hubspot, Wordpress, SEMRush, Slack, Google Drive, Google Analytics
