**Your Role**:
Working as a member of the Global Relay Marketing team, you will help design and create persuasive, engaging content that tells Global Relay's story and promotes our services. You will be the voice of the company across all mediums - including webpages, collateral, blog posts, as well as longer-form content such as whitepapers and e-books.

You will be part of a team of branding, communications, and content creators that articulate Global Relay's mission, values, and services. The kind of technologies you'll create written materials for include compliant communications, cloud computing, and SaaS archiving services, Artificial Intelligence, & Machine Learning, as well as a host of other innovative, cutting-edge solutions.

**Your Job**:

- Create content that educates, informs, and tells the Global Relay story across a wide variety of digital platforms.
- Maintain our established brand voice and tone.
- Edit and proofread copy for style, grammar, and spelling.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce written content that generates results.
- Work with product managers and senior executives to develop high level messaging and strategy.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of Global Relay technology, services, operations, and business strategy.
- Conducting research on industry-related topics to inform content.

**About You**:
You are an exceptional writer and creative storyteller that can contribute to a variety of digital content platforms including websites, blogs, videos, and social media. As a member of the Marketing Brand & Communications team, you will be a team player that is eager to brainstorm and create new content ideas to grow brand awareness through compelling marketing campaigns. You are comfortable working independently in a hybrid work environment, managing content requests from Marketing and other departments.
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to independently research and quickly understand unfamiliar topics, issues, and technical concepts
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- High level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Flexibility to take on new assignments and responsibilities as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with peers and senior management, including executives
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field; or applicable work experience
- Portfolio of writing/content samples required
