**We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the First Lady Products team**

First Lady Products is a family-run business that’s been manufacturing and distributing wigs, hair extensions, and other salon products in Canada for 50+ years. We’re the Canadian distributor of the most recognized hair extension brand in the world - **Great Lengths**. - Monitor and manage the success of all marketing initiatives and revise them as needed for optimum success, reporting and presenting results to the leadership team
- Conduct SEO analyses + audits of all websites and executes a strategic plan to maximize SEO capabilities
- Manage cross-platform social media, creative, and influencer strategies
- Create strategic marketing plans to expand brand recognition and achieve overall success in the promotion of existing and future brands
- Lead editorial communication materials including newsletters, marketing brochures, feature publications, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to create strategies for success

**To succeed you’ll need**:

- 3+ years of website management experience (Shopify, WordPress, Hubspot, etc.)
- 3+ years of social media management experience, including influencer work
- 3+ years of Google Analytics and SEO experience
- You’ve completed a post-secondary or college program in marketing, communications, or another relevant discipline
- You have advanced experience guiding and collaborating with agencies, graphic designers, and other vendor partners
- You have exceptional written, verbal communication, and editing skills
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
- You have experience with people management
- You have experience marketing for B2B and B2C

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
