The Junior Order Management Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external clients from the initial stages of a proposal to project completion. Acting as a link between ABI Sales, ABI’s Project Coordination group and manufacturers, the Junior Order Management Representative will possess a great deal of knowledge pertaining to products, clients, and projects.

Working with one or more assigned Sales Representative(s), the Junior Order Management Representative ensures the sales force and Project Coordinators receive accurate and timely information to maximize satisfactory project completion.

**Job Functions**
- Provide support to Sales Representatives, entering order information and researching issues relating to an order.
- Provide support services to Project Coordinators, who will provide and require project-specific information.
- Use computer software to create and maintain an extensive documentation set.
- Act as liaison with Sales Representatives, Project Coordinators and/or the Service group to ensure client requests are honoured.
- Identify and track warranty issues.
- Issue and track Return Authorizations.
- Coordinate full trailer shipments; provide information to Sales Representative and Project Coordinator.
- Track outstanding proposal issues to be addressed.
- Follow up with clients to clarify request details, provide information to Sales Representative
- Maintain regular contact with client re: order status.
- Research existing special pricing and product information, following up with Haworth when required.
- Enter product details into Team design.
- Address deficiencies.
- Shared Department Job Functions (split between current team members).
- Creating proposals for chair repairs, demos, showroom, and stock.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills Requirements - Asset**
- Secondary School diploma.
- 2-3 years of customer service, order entry, logistics experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing (and sometimes conflicting) tasks.
- Strong interpersonal, stress management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience in office furniture industry an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) as asset.

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
