As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with people.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and promote additional products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing transactions and managing cash registers.
- Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak times.
- Support technology sales by demonstrating products and answering technical questions from customers.
- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to learn quickly about products and services offered.
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is an advantage.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed during the seasonal period.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
