- We’re looking for a high energy Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our Ottawa - Westboro Store
- Reporting to the Store Manager, a DUER Seasonal Retail Sales Associate is responsible for bringing our brand to life by creating a world-class in-store shopping experience for all of our customers.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

STORE OPERATIONS
- Support in executing day to day operations at the store
- Support and maintain in-store merchandising plans to the highest standard
- Assist all inventory management processes (product replenishment, back stock maintenance, shipping/receiving)
- Support the Omni-Channel experience in-store; Ecomm Order Management, Curbside Pick Up, Ship to Home
- Anything else as delegated by the Store Manager

DRIVING SALES
- Ensure KPI and sales goals are always met and exceeded
- 100% on the sales floor to lead by example
- Achieve in-store KPI’s

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / COMMUNITY / BRAND
- Provide a customer experience that is world-class on the sales floor, all of the time
- Become an internal product knowledge expert and truly live and breathe the DUER brand
- Be a lead brand ambassador in the local community

PEOPLE
- Be a high performing team member that provides world-class experiences

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Available to work during our Holiday Season (November 15th to January 15th inclusive), as well as availability on ‘Black Friday’, December 24th, December 26th and December 31st
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Willingness to create a fun and playful environment by engage customers to store challenges (ex. pushup/squat/jumping jack competitions)
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
