**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy interacting with people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including selling products and promoting special offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members, fostering a friendly shopping atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services offered by the store.
