**Hiring Production Team Leader**

**Location: Mississauga**

**Job duties**:

- Job duties:

- Defining process capacity prior to production.
- Assessing current supplies and order for product
- Obtaining customer orders and estimating the time required to produce the amount of each product type.
- Creating schedules
- Identifying production and workflow bottlenecks.
- Estimating potential quantity and quality based on past results
- Determining ways to produce higher yield
- Working with quality assurance to address client complaints
- Identifying training requirements
- Documenting daily operations
- Arranging meetings with management and staff
- Create and maintain an efficient, hygienic, and positive working environment
- Promote health and safety in the workplace
- Display a good work ethic, resourcefulness, and organization.
- Understand the Standard Operating Procedures and Inspection Regulations
- Ensure quality control and efficient workflow
- Display positive leadership.
