Manage the production teams under his/her and ensure they are following the processes and complying with all company and regulatory standards:

Furthermore...

- Supervise all production processes
- Complete all checklists and production records and forms correctly in a timely manner
- Routinely monitor material inventory and implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles
- Ensure manufacturing processes fully comply with all industry and regulatory standards
- Ensure the cleanliness of the line and surrounding areas
- Ensure all Quality processes and procedures (including GMP, HACCP) are fully complied with
- Ensure production targets and goals are met daily
- Attention to production and other meetings, as required
- Participate and lead problem solving initiatives
- Notify the HACCP Coordinator of any deviations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be flexible and be able to work in other positions if required

Must Have Skill Sets:

- Excellent and Clear communication skills - both verbal & written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills in a loud environment

Available Shifts:

- F/T - M-F
- Day (7am - 3pm)
- Afternoon (3pm - 11pm)
