**Responsibilities**:

- Act as key contact in product support for all employees within the organization.
- Partner with sales team as necessary and provide technical assistance to the Regional Account Managers and Marathon clients.
- Ensure the sales team is providing accurate and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Provide ongoing product feedback to Product Development Manager.
- Develop high-quality, clear, accurate product knowledge material pertaining to technical functionality of Marathon products.
- Partner with Marketing toupdate and maintain product technical information on web and catalog.
- Accountable for creating, updating, and maintaining the “Marathon Product Academy”.
- Prepare training material and content for internal Training and Development using a training platform consisting of interactive modules, reading material, and tests.
- Manage multiple projects: coordination of display boards (getting in touch with the third-party board assembler and provide raw material required).
- Assist as needed with any project coordination requests from Product Manager that relate to Marathon products.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in kitchen and/or bath industry.
- Strong understanding of Kitchen hardware functionality.
- Experience reading blueprints/drawings.
- Thorough understanding of cabinetry installation.
- High attention to detail.
- Service oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-started.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Software/Technical background an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
