Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Agent

**Rove is looking for a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Agent (French / English Speaker) to work at our False Creek head office location.**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Rove Concepts Sales & Customer Care Team’s objective is to maximize sales opportunities through both showroom and eCommerce channels. At the same time, we answer customer requests in a prompt and respectable manner while maintaining a high level of service at every touchpoint.

We are looking for confident individuals with an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated personality. Ideally, this person would have a passion for building client relationships in tandem with an interest in furniture and design.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Customer Care
- Develop and build a customer-centric environment with the focus on initial purchase to final mile delivery.
- Demonstrate conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills to help deescalated customer opportunities while being empathetic in tone and demeanor
- Ensuring customers have a quick response time by staying on top of your assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review.
- Maximize sales during key periods (aka. Black Friday)
- Dedication to customer success; you will aim to always go above and beyond, and you won’t stop until you’ve found a great solution for our customers
- Other administrative tasks as the business requires (aka. Warehouse Sales, Etc.)

Product Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable of Rove Concepts product offerings and services to customers when appropriate.
- Communicate the quality of Rove Concepts and be product proud.
- Keep informed about top-selling items, new items and core items.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Minimum 2 years of transferable experience providing exceptional sales and customer service in a contact center, retail or service environment.
- Proficiency in English and French communication skills at a professional level, including written, spoken, and presentation abilities.
- Motivated to meet personal and team sales goals.
- Care deeply about people support and enjoy having genuine human conversations.
- Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology paired with excellent typing skills.
- Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change
- Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment
- Call center experience is an asset
