**About the Opportunity**

Full-time, employees can expect 40 hours per week with competitive wages & gratuities.

Part-time & Seasonal employees are expected to work between 16 to 32 hours a week with competitive wages, and gratuities. Seasonal employees can be expected to stay on through October

Staff will also benefit from, compensated meals, paid breaks, laundered uniform, and access to the golf course during non peak times.

**Culinary positions, available immediately**

Line cooks: 3-5 years of experience. Full-time, part-time, seasonal

Prep cook: 3-5 years of experience. Full-time, part-time, seasonal

Stewards: Full-time, part-time, seasonal

Your responsibilities include

  • Ensure a proper set-up of assigned station
  • Prepare dishes as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
  • Working cohesively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed to set standards.
  • Contribute to menu development and the culinary vision of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in high volume kitchen operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
