**Line Cook**

Metro Billiards is a Edmonton, AB-based, award-winning, family-owned and operated restaurant group. We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic Line Cook to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook from scratch menu items. Use a variety of skills and techniques to prepare food.
- Work under the Chef to help with daily tasks and projects.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area as well as the rest of the kitchen.
- Be able to follow directions and work as a team with other team members.
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Be able to follow safety guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Work within a team environment and contribute to team efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Must be able to work as part of a team with other kitchen staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
