Food safety & quality are held to high standards within our walls as the position has a hourly rate of pay which is reflective of that with additional quarterly/seasonal bonuses based on progress.

**You will be expected to have full availability through the winter holiday season mid-late December + have full weekend availability (Saturday + Sunday).**

**Novice level experience regarding food preparation**:

- Cake or Pastry Decorating
- Basic Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment Use & Cleaning
- The Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Understanding and being able to clearly communication information regarding bakery goods, products, flavour profiles & preparation techniques
- Packaging prepared products for takeout within the standard guidelines of acceptable Food Health and Safety Practices

**You will be required to provide your own workplace appropriate uniform and will not be provided with company clothing or footwear prior to a 3 month probationary period. We do supply you with kitchen towels & workplace aprons while on shift.**

**All applicants MUST be eligible to work in Canada and be willing to submit to a background & criminal record check.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
