Bakery Assistant

- Responsibilities:_
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items
- Handle and store food ingredients in a safe and sanitary manner
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Assist with cake decorating and other pastry finishing tasks
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
- Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in food preparation or baking is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic kitchen techniques and food handling practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
**Salary**: $18.40-$19.52 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
