Bakery Assistant – Bashy Patties

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the preparation and baking of our handcrafted patties and baked goods
  • Helping with filling, shaping, and finishing products to Bashy standards
  • Packaging and labeling products for sale and distribution
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Following all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Supporting the production team with daily prep and service tasks
  • Assisting with decorative or finishing touches when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen (preferred, but not required)
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Passion for great food and teamwork
  • Bonus if you have experience with decorating or pastry work
