This role requires a highly motivated and analytical individual to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency within the Windsor Site. Key responsibilities include:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Develop and deploy budgets to operating partners, collaborating on strategic roadmaps to achieve financial targets. This includes proactive identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives leveraging Lean principles.
- **Operational Support & Problem Solving**: Serve as the primary finance liaison for the operating team, addressing cost-related issues and providing financial expertise to support their success. This includes conducting daily floor walks to identify areas for improvement and presenting the Cost Operating System to operational employees.
- **Process Improvement & Technology**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and implement new technologies to modernize the finance function. This includes researching and implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- **Auditing & Compliance**: Act as the controller office lead for General Auditor’s Office (GAO) audits, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- **Supplier Management**:Track supplier chargebacks, negotiate recovery, and manage supplier relationships to maximize cost savings and minimize financial risk.
- **Business Performance Monitoring**: Actively participate in Business Control Center (BCC), Plant Control Center (PCC), and Department Control Center (DCC) reviews to analyze performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- **Ad-hoc Projects**: Effectively manage and complete ad-hoc business requests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
