We’re looking for a **passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Education Manager** to lead our academic team, support instructors, and ensure our programs exceed industry and accreditation standards.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily academic operations, class schedules, and instructor performance.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with college standards and industry practices.
- Supervise and mentor instructors across programs (Hairstyling, Esthetics, Nails, Makeup, Lashes).
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and practical training performance.
- Collaborate with Admissions and Student Services to ensure a smooth student journey from enrollment to graduation.
- Conduct regular classroom and clinic floor walkthroughs to ensure quality and professionalism.
- Resolve student and instructor concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with **Ministry**, and **Health & Safety** requirements.
- Coordinate workshops, guest demonstrations, and continuing education initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of curriculum, teaching materials, and delivery methods.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum **2-3 years of academic or management experience** in a beauty school, salon academy, or private college.
- Strong understanding of **beauty industry standards**, **curriculum delivery**, and **student clinic operations**.
- Knowledge of **PCC**or other regulatory compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of instructors and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
- A proactive, professional, and student-focused approach to education.
