**Catering Manager Job Description**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate catering events from inception to execution, ensuring all client specifications are met.
- Collaborate with clients to design menus that align with their preferences and dietary needs.
- Oversee presentation, and serving during events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the catering or restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media (facebook, instagram etc)
- Drivers license preferred (vehicle not necessary)
- Food safe preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
