**Responsibilities**:

- Define, implement, and champion key data initiatives for Upgrade’s internal and external data users
- Manage and prioritize Business Intelligence and Data Engineering roadmaps serving the entire org
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the business to understand data needs and issues
- Lead a team of engineers in building an effective, efficient and scalable data and reporting layer/infrastructure for the org
- Analyze the impact of data features and define key metrics for success

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of data product management or 5+ years of Analytics/Engineering experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency with SQL, product development tools, and reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill data requirements from multiple stakeholders across multiple products and articulate them in simple ways
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Plus**:

- Expertise in Financial Services with consumer banking/payments Fintech preferred.
- Experience with Redshift and/or Snowflake
