Our platform helps retailers make smarter inventory decisions, drive in-store conversion, and elevate the customer experience. We work with hundreds of dispensaries across Canada and the U.S., helping them operate more efficiently and grow faster.

We’re looking for a **Customer Success Representative** to help our retail partners get the most from Budvue—through onboarding, training, ongoing support, and strategic optimization.

What You’ll Do
- **Be the voice of Budvue**: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dispensary clients across North America.
- **Onboard new customers**: Guide retailers through platform setup, content configuration, and best practices for launch.
- **Drive adoption**: Proactively engage with clients to ensure they’re using the full power of Budvue—features like playlist customization, ad scheduling, and inventory sync.
- **Train and empower**: Deliver high-quality training sessions and create resources (videos, guides, how-to articles) that scale support.
- **Track and grow accounts**: Monitor customer health, usage data, and satisfaction to identify expansion opportunities and minimize churn.

What You Bring
- Ideally, you've working in a cannabis store, possibly as a Budtender. You understand customers needs and how cannabis retail stores operate.
- Exceptional communication and people skills; you're comfortable leading conversations with both new users and experienced operators
- Strong technical aptitude—you can quickly learn software platforms and explain them clearly to others
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing your own priorities and customer base
- Experience with cannabis retail POS software.
- **Cannabis industry experience or knowledge is a must**
