**You're a great fit if you have**:

- **5+ years of experience in third-party collections**, preferably managing bank client accounts. Call center experience a plus.
- **Minimum 2 years of managing and coaching staff.**:

- Proven ability to engage and motivate collection staff
- **Data-driven leader**: Track, measure KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. An advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel is an asset.
- **Operational expertise**: Oversee daily operations and actively coach and develop your team.
- **Strategic planning**: Create and execute work plans and budgets aligned with client needs.

**Leadership**: Strong leadership skills in understanding performance drivers and implementing continuous improvement strategies with support groups (e.g., HR, IT, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, QA, Senior Leadership).
- **Compliance champion**: Has in-depth understanding of provincial and client-specific regulations to ensure adherence.
- **Client focus**: Build strong relationships through regular call calibrations and client meetings.
- **Team player**: Lead by example while supporting and motivating your team.
- **Communication skills**: Effectively communicate key values, company brand, and updates during team meetings.
- **Problem-solving skills**: De-escalate situations and find creative solutions to challenges.
- **Collection Platform**: An understanding of the DRS and/or DebtMaster collection platforms is an asset.
- **Legal**: An understanding of the legal process is an asset.
