S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for talented **Paint Line Operator for the Day Shift **who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.
**As a Paint Line Operator, you will**
- Chipping of parts prior to loading
- Hand cleaning and surface preparation of parts prior to loading
- Loading parts with proper tagging
- Unloading different parts to crats/skids related to the same job
- Record all data on the appropriate sheet/tablet
- Selecting the route for parts to follow
- Selecting the paint colour for parts to be painted
- Maintain your workstation in a clean, well ordered fashion at all times - floor swept Ensure that garbage is emptied and floor is free of debris prior to end of shift.
**Who are we looking for? Someone who has**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of Cranes, Walkies and pneumatic grinder
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow written or verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Team player and good communication skills
