S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a talented Paint Line Operator who have a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.

**As a Paint Line Operator, you will**
- Ensure proper setup of parts to be painted
- Paint parts
- Capping weld studs on parts
- Inspecting parts coming into the paint booth to ensure proper pre-treatment has been done
- Helping the Paint Line Loader/Unloader to load and unload the line with parts
- Perform quality inspection by Inspecting painted parts to ensure proper thickness was applied
- Review paint stock levels to sufficient quantity is available

**Who are we looking for? Someone who has**
- High school diploma
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or within a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Team player who can also work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
