We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll go beyond posting jobs, you’ll partner with leaders across Retail Operations and shape how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead **full-cycle recruitment**: from intake to offer, across Retail Network.

- Act as a **trusted partner** to Hiring Managers guiding, advising, and influencing hiring decisions.

- **Source creatively**: using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, industry events, schools, and community networks.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing mix, quality of hire) and suggest process improvements.

- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, including hiring and continuous improvement.

**What makes you a match**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (retail experience is a plus).

- Creative sourcer with experience in Boolean search and modern recruitment tools.

- Organized, adaptable, and resourceful. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable with ATS systems, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
