Coquitlam, Canada SGA Hospitality Inc. Full time

We are opening Coquitlam's new social hub at Burke Mountain with a patio overseeing the entire city. Our innovative menus center on New World entrées, large plates, bakery, brunches, custom roasted coffee, BC wine and beer focusing on locally sourced ingredients.

We are are seeking motivated, outgoing, energetic individual with experience to manage its operations.
This role is half of your shifts being a bartender/barista/Host and half shifts working in leadership roles, inventory, supplies, orders, developing/training the team, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a café or food service environment serving alcohol preferred
- At least 1 year experience in Management
- Experience as a barista/bartender/FOH lead/Supervisor preferred
- Experience delivering on the spot coaching and feedback required
- Experience analyzing standard business reporting preferred
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the business
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Ability to be mobile on the floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and early mornings/late evenings
- Languages other than English are an asset
- Food Safe Level 1 minimum required
- Serving It Right
- Experience in a new restaurant opening considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.79-$24.29 per hour
