As a Junior Marketing Manager, you'll support the Sales & Marketing Manager by providing key metrics and analytics from platforms like Google and Meta, offering valuable insights into buyer behavior. You'll play a crucial role in implementing new processes, procedures, and technology, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:
**Digital Strategy**:

- Create and execute digital campaign strategies to communicate to both B2C and other key stakeholders as it pertains to overarching sales & marketing goals.
- Assist creative team in producing digital assets and utilizing Marketing Coordinator content creation
- Manage vendors and partners (i.e., external digital marketers, copywriters, photographers, printers), providing strategy, copy-starters, and digital assets/plan.
- Reporting performance using Google Analytics (G4A), HubSpot Analytics, and Meta Analytics identifying key areas of improvement.,
- Social Media Management - plan and execute content, copywriting using the brand’s voice and tailoring to audiences per platform. Utilize Meta Ads Manager to create and execute campaigns.

Community Partnership Management
- Build relationships with community partners & local businesses as they pertain to giveaways or homebuyer benefits positioning Logel Homes as part of the community.
- Work on co-marketing partnerships with vendors (i.e. Virtuo, Ownly, Trades/Suppliers, etc.)
- Coordinate with Community Service/Charity Committee. Seek out Charitable/Community Partnerships.
- Research and organize new advertising methods to reach key target markets.

**Project Management**:
Building/Development Project Management:

- Build out and execute timelines as it pertains to Building and Development Sales Launches
- Organize Launch Assets with internal team & Coordinate with Vendors
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that samples are ordered if new materials are to be used.
- Discuss how to elevate building launch approaches.
- Coordinate with vendors organizing assets and timelines - assist in on-site meetings for measurements and installations.

Process Workflow Management:

- Ensure that tools like HubSpot and Asana are utilized to their full abilities.
- Ensure workflows are assigned to creative, sales, or others timely and accurate.
- Continuously improve process management to make internal tasks formulaic, effective, and efficient.
- Manage SharePoint to ensure that the most up-to-date files are uploaded, accurate, and filed correctly.

Advertising Campaign Management:

- Under the Sales & Marketing Manager’s advisory, book advertising placements as they pertain to strategy, staying mindful of budget allocation.
- Ensure all assets are coordinated with advertisers in a timely manner.
- Report on the performance of campaigns to the Sales & Marketing Manager and other executives.

**Content Production/Management**:

- Content Concept/Storyboarding and design is the responsibility of the Creative Director
- Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing and editing footage and executing on Creative Directors vision
- Edit Pre-Roll Ads for Broadcast & Digital
- Produce/Edit other Video content as needed in coordination with Creative Director & Production Artist.

WordPress UX Management:

- Execute Logel Home’s Leadership Team and Creative Directors vision on website evolution.
- Creative Briefs-Execute creation of concise & accurate creative briefs as it pertains to new projects, related to development, brand, and advertising
- Lo-fi content & photography-Create digital graphics and copywriting for Social Media platforms.

**Other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager**

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Post-Secondary Education - Marketing Degree (B.Comm, B.Admin, or similar)

**Experience**
- 3+ years marketing experience including:

- Digital marketing (social media, Google Ads/Analytics, Wordpress, Hubspot, Geo-fencing).
- Product launches/events.
- Project management (concepts, brief, strategy, management, execution).
- A philosophy of strong customer service (B2C, B2B, internal) is an asset.
- Home building industry experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in copywriting (adopting the tone of the company and learning how to replicate writing within established parameters for appropriate mediums).
