**Job Summary**
Wildfire Robotics Inc. is seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on advancing our strategic business and marketing development initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate our mission, engage with stakeholders, and showcase our innovative solutions to the world. From creating compelling marketing materials to managing promotional campaigns, this role is essential to driving awareness and growth for Wildfire Robotics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, update, and maintain the company website to ensure it effectively communicates our mission, products, and services.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing and awareness campaign.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and one-pagers, tailored to various audiences.
- Produce engaging video content to showcase our technology, team, and impact.
- Design and manage promotional materials for events, investor relations, and product launches.
- Develop educational content to inform and engage stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and customers.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and messaging.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role preferable
- Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design, copywriting, and video production.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media platforms, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and environmental impact.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
