**Your Impact**:As our Executive Assistant, you'll**:

- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare confidential correspondence.
- Demonstrate leadership and build trust within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on emerging issues.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the ELT, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance on key documents and prepare briefing papers.
- Mentor and guide Cochrane administrative staff.
- Present a positive and professional image of Cochrane to all visitors and government officials.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking someone with a proven track record in senior administrative roles, a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and follow through with excellence. A post-secondary degree is advantageous but not mandatory. Your passion for executive support and your qualifications are what excite us the most.
