Facilities Services Project Coordinator

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
Collaborate with the Administrator of Design and Construction to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate project activities including procurement, scheduling and resource allocation

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions

Liaise with internal stakeholders, including administrators, staff, and board members to identify and clarify their project requirements and expectations

Facilitate meetings and presentations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives

Responsible for the management of project records and database, including as-built drawings, operations, and maintenance manuals

Attend stakeholder, design and construction site meetings as required

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
Degree or Diploma in Facilities/Construction or Project Management or related field

PMP or FMP preferred

3 to 5 years experience in a similar role

Working knowledge of AUTOCAD

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Strong understanding of construction principals, building codes and regulations

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Proven problem solving and decision making in a construction environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications

Valid Driver’s License (Class G)

This is a full-time permanent position

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

**PLEASE NOTE**:
This position requires a week of 24/7 on-call rotation in coordination with the Facilities team (approximately every 8 weeks) with a fixed on-call pay above regular work week. This is required on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**LOCATION**: Based out of the Catholic Education Centre at 427 Rice Road, Welland and daily travel to schools across the Board is required. Mileage will be reimbursed

**SALARY RANGE**: $63,815.70 - $70,906.30 per annum (based upon 35 hours per week)
