Takes part in the Crisis on-call rotation approximately 7 days per 16-week rotation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate development efforts and define activities to support project deliverables and establish milestones which will be continually evaluated and prioritized
- Monitor all project deliverables to ensure milestones are met on budget and on time.
- Establish routine communications with project team to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, performance, and upcoming milestones.
- Coordinating the interdependencies between the various projects
- Vendor Management on projects where external partners are engaged
- Manage project teams by using exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, team building, conflict resolution and coaching skills to support both individual and team goals
- Accountable to provide expertise surrounding change management and end user adoption
- Leverage established Project Management process, tools and templates to execute projects in alignment with our enterprise methodologies
- Provide project updates to senior management and project stakeholders. This can include written status reports, verbal updates as well as formal presentations
- Gathering feedback and presenting insights and lessons learned
- Support and encourage Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in project teams and lead by example

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Community College or University degree specializing in business, project management IT or a health related field
- CAPM or PMP designation required
- Industry IT certification will be considered an asset
- Experience in a health care/public sector would be an asset
- Demonstrated 5-10 years progressive and relevant experience in Project Management including project budget management
- Technical expertise in Cloud infrastructure implementations such as Azure
- Demonstrated experience managing IT Technical projects that includes infrastructure, network and security implementations such as infrastructure refresh, multi-site wireless implementation, firewall upgrades etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading implementation of a Digital Imaging enterprise wide solutions (e.g. Agfa, Sectra)
- Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Suite including MS Project and SharePoint
- Proven ability to communicate project status to various stakeholders related to project execution including written, verbal and presentations
- Experience with Project Management tools including MS Project, SharePoint. Service Now ITBM platform an asset
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Consistent and regular attendance required
