**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Community College diploma in Business, IT or Healthcare related field required
- Knowledge of principles and practices related to functions of project management support required
- Project Management Certification would be an asset (CAPM or PMP)
- Ability to manage communication across diverse projects
- Previous health care environment or computer technology experience would be an asset
- Experience using project management software
- Proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to learn new areas of unfamiliar territory
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
- Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Actively involved in continuing education opportunities
- Excellent attendance record
- Valid driver's license and access to vehicle for multi-site hospital travel
- Consistent and regular attendance required
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
