**Product Support Specialist (On-Prem) -Intern**

The time for Imperva’s Intern Program is here Join our global Customer Success Team as a Product Support Specialist Intern for a 12-week paid internship that offers personal & professional development, a collaborative community, and countless learning opportunities to shape your overall growth. An offer for full-time employment will be extended to high performing Interns.

**Job Summary**

The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, looking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career.

**As a Product Support Specialist (on-Prem)-**
**Intern**
**you will**:

- Respond to customer inquiries using both phone and Sales Force
- Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction.
- Write and update knowledge base articles
- Gain experience working in Cybersecurity
- Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports

**Qualifications**:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
- Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm
- Location is flexible; open to remote.
- Available to work full-time Monday-Friday
Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
