**About This Role**:
The Product Specialist is part of the Product team, and reports to Director of Product Management. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of Binance.US products & services. As Product Specialist, you will partner with a talented group of designers, engineers and business professionals, to improve the Binance.US platform experience and build engaging features for Binance.US’ millions of customers.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Supports the development and maintenance of the Binance.US web and app platforms used by millions of our users in US.
- The person in this role will be driving impact on the key metrics, triaging and executing on bugs and feature enhancement requests with mínimal supervision.
- Support product managers in creating and implementing product strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage the product development life cycle by collaborating with analytics, designers, engineers, and other team members.
- Analyze product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development.
- Identify new opportunities by challenging existing viewpoints. All in the effort to help to build a better experience to our users.
- Own and keep a track of metrics and ensure that each feature impacts metrics in a positive way.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; for example, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Articulate in modern product management formats the requirements, and drive tradeoff discussions with engineers, architects, designers and business teams.
- A strong analytical capability of users’ needs via quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Ability to construct clear-cut product requirements and technical documentations.An understanding of the crypto industry and digital currency exchange business is highly desirable.
- Prior 1-2 years of product management experience is a plus.
- Prior 1-2 years of software development experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
