**Duties**:
- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Lead daily FOH pre shift meeting
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for menu planning and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on front-of-house operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food preparation, banquet service, and catering operations
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
