**What you Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement, preferably within the electric utility industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in using analytical tools and methodologies to drive business improvements.
- Solid understanding of the electric utility industry and its regulatory environment.
- Demonstrable ability to lead change, run projects, and drive process innovation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective partnerships and resolving conflicts.
- Proficiency in process mapping, analysis, and the implementation of change management initiatives.
- Strong financial and analytical savvy with the ability to influence decisions and strategies.
