**1. Relationship Building**:

- **Department Managers**: Build and continue fostering positive relationships with department managers.
- **Client Engagement**: Be the face of our brand during store visits, engaging with key stakeholders.

**2. Premium Display Locations**:

- **Strategic Placement**: Secure prime locations within key departments.
- **Visual Impact**: Ensure our products shine in every aspect, maximizing visibility.

**3. Execution and Stock Levels**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Confirm that displays and walls are executed properly, meeting planogram expectations.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.

**4. Valuable Insights**:

- **Call Reports**: Provide detailed feedback through call reports.
- **Pictures**: Capture visual insights during store visits.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:

- Articulate and effective communication to engage with department managers and internal managers.
- **Warm and Approachable**:

- A friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
- **Proven Relationship Builder**:

- Demonstrated ability to establish lasting connections with cosmetic managers.

- Willingness to travel within a 100km territory.

- Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
