To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge in the fragrance and beauty industry.

**Beauty Brand Ambassador Responsibilities**:
Ø Demonstrating proper use of makeup and skin care products (Should be a makeup artist but also needs to be knowledgeable in skincare and fragrances)

Ø Cross-selling beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. skincare and fragrance products).

Ø Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences

Ø Educating customers about our products.

Ø Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves (must look at all tools, condition of the testers, products available and promotion related to the event).

Ø Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying

Ø Advise customers on how to take care of their skin

Ø Inform customers on prices and special offers

Ø Replenish stock as needed

Ø Gathering and submitting sales reports to managers

Ø Ensuring that specified sales goals are met or exceeded (5 hours event needs to generate a minimum of 500$).

Ø Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

Ø Creating social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.

Ø Building rapport with customers and retailers.

Ø Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to your AE.

Ø Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

**Beauty Brand Ambassador Requirements**:
Ø Prior experience in a customer service environment, mainly in the beauty and fragrance world.

Ø Sales experience a must.

Ø Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ø Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Ø Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

Ø Ability to travel & be flexible.

**Dress code**

Ø Black pants/skirt with t-shirt provide by ACI.

Ø No flip flop or sandals.

Ø Hair tied back and makeup done.

**The day of the event**

Ø Arrive 15 min prior to shift

Ø Present yourself to the cosmetics manager

Ø Review all booked appointments together

Ø Look at what product is not available so that way we don’t suggest something it is not available anymore

Ø Prepare your counter and be ready with a big smile J

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- beauty & fragrance: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
